Job summary

BINUS Online seeks a competent professional to lead its internationalization initiatives. You will develop programs, coordinate global partnerships, and support staff involved in international programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years' experience in education or international programs, plus strong English proficiency and excellent communication skills. Work location is on site at BINUS campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required with minimum 2 years working experience.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
• Experience in international programs or education institution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internationalization program in BINUS Online.
• Coordinate international partnerships and exchange programs.
• Liaise with foreign institutions, embassies, and government agencies.
• Provide guidance to staff involved in international programs.
• Oversee admissions for international programs for incoming/outgoing students.
• Collaborate with faculty to address academic issues for student mobility.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact.

5. 5. In charge in admission for international programs for incoming and outgoing students
6. 6. Collaborate with faculty in BINUS Online to address and resolve academic issues for student mobility program
7. 7. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:
