Job summary

An educational institution is seeking an Early Childhood Principal in Indramayu, Indonesia. This role requires leadership in implementing the HighScope approach, ensuring quality lesson planning, and building strong parent partnerships. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education) and 3+ years of experience as an ECEP Teacher with HighScope. A Master’s degree is preferred. Accommodation is provided, and the start date is expected in April.

• Recruit, onboard, develop, and evaluate teachers and support staff to build a continuous improvement culture.
• Build strong partnerships with parents through proactive communication and school community events.
• Collaborate with all departments and external parties to support all ECEP activities effectively.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree of any major, preferably Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, English Linguistics, or other relevant degrees. A master’s degree is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of HighScope curriculum concept and implementation.
3. Experience as Early Childhood Education Program (ECEP) Teacher in HighScope Indonesia for at least 3 years.
4. Willing to move to Indramayu (accommodation provided).
5. Self-motivated, agile, high influence, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

Expected to start in April for initial training, working arrangement is WFO Monday to Friday in Indramayu (new school unit).
