Job summary

Wings Group is seeking a qualified Internal Auditor to join our team in Tangerang. The role focuses on conducting pre-audit and fieldwork, with an emphasis on data analysis and adherence to standards.

You will perform investigative audits, prepare comprehensive reports with root causes and recommendations, and monitor corrective actions across departments. Coaching and mentoring junior auditors are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Willing to travel for business purposes as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-audit and audit fieldwork in accordance with established programs, procedures, and standards.
• Perform investigative and special audits in response to indications of fraud or management requests, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare and present audit reports, including findings, root causes, and recommendations for improvement, to management.
• Carry out follow-ups on audit findings and ensure the implementation of corrective actions by the relevant departments.
• Contribute to the development of the internal audit team through coaching, mentoring, and training.

• Contribute to the development of the internal audit team through coaching, mentoring, and training for new auditors and related employees.

Job Requirement
