Job summary

PT MOBIL ANAK BANGSA (MAB) seeks an experienced Internal Auditor to develop risk-based audit plans for manufacturing, lead fieldwork across production, quality, inventory, finance, and supply chain. You will assess internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and report NCR/KKA findings to management.

The role requires 3+ years in internal audits within manufacturing or automotive sectors, strong knowledge of ERP systems, data analytics (Excel/VBA, ACL, Power BI), and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, operations, and integrated management systems
• Proficient in internal audit methodology, Risk-Based Auditing (RBA), COSO, internal control testing, and risk management
• Proficient in ERP systems, particularly operational, inventory, and Finance/Controlling modules
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/VBA, ACL, and Power BI
• Strong ability to prepare objective, clear, and data-driven audit reports
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Professional certifications such as QIA, CIA, ISO, or CPIA are a plus
• Active English proficiency, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based annual audit plans and work programs covering all manufacturing operational departments
• Lead fieldwork audits covering production processes, quality, raw material inventory, finance, and supply chain activities
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control systems and ensure compliance with applicable automotive industry standards and regulations
• Identify potential irregularities, non-conformities, and fraud risks, and provide practical recommendations for corrective actions
• Prepare NCR (Non-Conformity Report) / KKA reports and present audit findings to management
• Verify and monitor the implementation of corrective action plans to ensure all audit findings are properly resolved and closed
