Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economic/Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in an Audit System role within premium retail/hospitality.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial standards, and audit procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication to convey audit findings.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English (written & speaking).
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• 1. Record all company financial transactions accurately and on time, including general journals and ledgers.
• 2. Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations.
• 3. Manage and monitor routine expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
• 4. Ensure all financial transaction documents are properly recorded and well organized.
• 5. Prepare and monitoring audit report to the management.

Qualification Requirement

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Economic/ Accounting.
• 2. At least 2 years of experience in a Audit System role within the premium shopping mall, hospitality, or retail industries.
• 3. Understanding of applicable accounting principles, financial standards, and audit procedure..
• 4. Skilled in verbal and written communication to convey audit findings to the team or management.
• 5. Fluent in using MS Office (Excel).
• 6. Fluent in English (written & speaking).
