Job summary

BIGHOT RESTAURANT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to perform audits across company outlets and HQ in Indonesia. You will assess compliance with policies, test internal controls, and verify the accuracy of financial records while safeguarding assets across regions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, at least 2 years in a Big Four/Big Ten firm, and experience with F&B or retail clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional internal audit experience in Big Four/Big 10 firms.
• Experience with clients in the Food & Beverage, restaurant, retail, or consumer goods industries.
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, internal controls testing, and finance reporting.
• Willingness to travel to outlet sites across regions.

To perform internal audit activities and operational reviews across company outlets and HQ, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, the effectiveness of internal controls, the accuracy of operational and financial records, and the safeguarding of company assets and inventory.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Big Four / Big 10 accounting firm.

- Previous experience handling clients in the Food & Beverage (F&B), restaurant, retail, or consumer goods industries.

- Good understanding of audit procedures, internal control testing and finance reporting.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Good communication, documentation, and audit report writing skills.

- Willingness to travel and conduct outlet visits across different regions.
