Job summary

Qualifications

Join Macquarie Capital's investment banking team in Jakarta, assisting in deal execution across diverse sectors including Critical Minerals, Energy, infrastructure, TMT, and healthcare.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting senior originators and country coverage bankers in executing deals across sectors such as Critical Minerals and Energy, infrastructure, TMT, and industrial/healthcare.
• Supporting structured equity transactions, traditional ECM transactions, and cross border M&A transactions.
• Preparing financial analysis and drafting presentations and pitch books for senior bankers to use in client and marketing meetings.
• Coordinating with internal and external parties on the team’s deal executions for complex structured transactions.
• Taking real responsibility from an early stage within a highly collaborative team environment.
• Initiating tasks and developing skills with the support of the team throughout the internship.
