Job description

Min. Diploma or Bachelor graduate in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university.

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as an interior designer, handling end-to-end processes of private residential or commercial projects (office, hotel, etc.).

Good knowledge of materials, design standards, and building construction.

Ability to interpret and translate drawings into designs that meet clients’ needs.

Advanced proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.

High attention to detail, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Description

• Perform quality checks on designers’ outputs, including technical drawings, to ensure client goals are met timely.
• Monitor designers’ performance and project progress to maintain quality and deadlines.
• Manage designers’ schedules and adjust plans as necessary.
• Achieve sales targets for custom interior products monthly and annually.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster future business opportunities.
• Build, lead, and train a team of designers, setting clear goals and objectives.
• Oversee project progress, resolve issues collaboratively, and coordinate with related departments to minimize absorption of products/designs; communicate updates to clients.
• Manage pricing, billing, and collections following signed agreements.
