Job description

Interior Designer (Residential & Commercial Proj)

• To ensure that every project is executed effectively and delivered as designed in the 3D rendering, within the required timeline.
• Ability to produce high-standard layout drawings, detailed drawings, 3D perspectives, renderings, and post-rendering adjustments.
• Planning and assisting with on-site projects, including providing methods/solutions to subcontractors to replicate designs as proposed in the 3D renderings.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate well with on-site supervisors and the procurement team.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in interior design.
• Proficient in using 3DsMax and AutoCAD
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and remain flexible.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and be prepared to address site issues at all times.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Able to work independently and also a team player.
• High emotional intelligence with a focus on work execution and delivery
