Bachelor Degree from Interior Design and Architecture

Job description

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from Interior Design and Architecture (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, 3ds Max, Vray, SketchUp, Lumion, and AutoCAD.

Good command of spoken English.

Good negotiation & presentation skills with a positive attitude.

Have good manners, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong managerial, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.

Willing to work with shift hours, including working on public holidays (6 working days and 1 day off).

Will be placed at Slipi, JDC, Kemang, Plaza Indonesia, and IDD PIK2.

Have a portfolio attached with your CV.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

Undertake design projects from concept to completion.

Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.

Interpret and translate customer needs into plans.

Negotiate fees and set schedules for the project.

Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of design elements.

Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors.
