Job summary

A healthcare design firm seeks an experienced Interior Designer to create innovative interior concepts for its clinics. You will work with project teams and ensure designs meet brand standards. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency in design software. Salary ranges from IDR 4,000,000 to IDR 7,000,000 monthly, with opportunities for travel and site supervision.

Qualifications

As an in-house Interior Designer at OMDC Dental, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising the interior concepts for all OMDC branches and supporting facilities. You will collaborate closely with the project team, architects, general affairs, branding team, and management to ensure that every space aligns with OMDC's unique standards in aesthetics, functionality, and thematic branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design interior concepts for new clinics, branch renovations, and supporting areas (lounge, front office, kids area, etc.).
• Produce technical drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material boards.
• Adapt designs to align with OMDC’s brand identity and thematic approach for each branch.
• Coordinate with the GA team and contractors during construction and implementation.
• Ensure material selections align with budget and OMDC specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of all design work for future reference and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max/Blender, V-Ray/Enscape, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Strong design taste with the ability to work within modern, playful, and professional themes.
• Capable of producing detailed technical drawings (layout, furniture, lighting, interior details).
• Good understanding of construction workflow and interior material procurement.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
• Willing to travel for site supervision across branch locations.
• A strong and relevant design portfolio (required for application).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Familiar with smart space and child-friendly design concepts.
• Experience working on cross-functional project teams.
