Job summary

A prominent real estate company is seeking a qualified architect to prepare and review design plans, develop specifications, and coordinate projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least three years of experience in a developer or consultancy role. Strong skills in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and teamwork are essential. This position is based in Rancamaya, Bogor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Developer Company or Consultant in housing project.
• Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.
• Willing to be placed in Rancamaya - Bogor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants.
• Prepare drawings necessary for project planning & development permit.
• Propose building and material specifications.
• Coordinate with parties related to the design plan.
