Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

• Proficiency with CAD and QS software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and drawings to understand scope.
• Conduct site visits to gather data for cost estimation.
• Prepare cost estimates and material quantities for projects.
• Analyze costs, identify savings, and provide cost-control recommendations.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets against actual costs.
• Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Review subcontractor quotes and negotiate pricing.
• Assist in progress payments and variations.
• Provide cost-related guidance to project teams.
• Maintain records related to cost control and estimation.
