Job summary

AimBig Employment Pty Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking an Interface Engineer for a large oil and gas development project in Indonesia. You will coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines and EPC/FEED contractors, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will have a D3 or Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, 20+ years of relevant experience, and proven ability to manage interface risks, testing, and commissioning activities

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 20 years of relevant engineering/project experience.
• Experience with integration, installation and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant design complies with regulations and international standards.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines and EPC, EPF and FEED contractors.
• Manage interface risks and mitigation plans; ensure issue closure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interface Engineer should have:

• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering interfaces.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
