Your Responsibilities
- Daily Activities Tracking:Keep track of daily activities and report status to the manager.
- Proactive Measures:Take timely and proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.
- Transport Planning:Undertake transport planning of orders/shipments and forecasting.
- Improvement Initiatives:Contribute to improvement initiatives by sharing productivity/improvement ideas related to processes.
- Deviation Management:Record and manage deviations/escalations in day-to-day processes.
- Shipment Visibility:Ensure visibility of all shipments, update and follow up on missing statuses in the system.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with different stakeholders to obtain necessary information or documents related to
- Document Validation:Validate all shipping documents and maintain records.
- Customer Excellence:Play a key role in driving customer excellence.
- Task Prioritization:Start the day by reviewing emails to prioritize tasks, handling urgent ones first.
- Issue Resolution:Work with logistics service providers and carriers to resolve issues promptly.
- Shipment Details Maintenance:Maintain all necessary details of shipments/processes to provide shipment visibility.
- Root Cause Investigation:Investigate root causes of issues and deviations in processes.
- Improvement Solutions:Propose and discuss improvement solutions based on SOP with team leaders.
- KPI Achievement:Proactively ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved regularly.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Educational Background:A degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Skills:Strong analytical skills, proficiency in logistics software, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Execution Skills:Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of 4PL Solutions:Knowledge of 4PL solutions and stakeholder relationships.
- Operational Knowledge:Knowledge across operations, products, and services.
- Key Attributes:Possess key attributes required for the role.
