Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain good relationships with the Branch Manager or Relation Manager of the banks allocated to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
- Prepare production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the Claims Team for claims settlements.
- Perform Customer Centricity by being attentive, reliable, and available to customers, in line with the current AXA pillars.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of a minimum of Diploma III or a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the current position within an insurance company.
- Excellent communication and group facilitation skills, with the ability to write and deliver training courses and materials.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with creativity, innovation, and a commitment to Customer Service Excellence.
- Strong team leadership and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of general insurance products (retail and commercial business).
- High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in marketing media and technologies.
- Good command of English.
