Responsibilities :

• Develop, review, update and change instrumentation design based on CAP engineering specification standard to achieve plant asset/instrument equipment integrity by collaborating with other parties for alignment of Management of Change (MOC) work process outcome.
• Maintain integrity of DCS, PLC, and other control system of plant asset / instrument equipment with appropriate preventive maintenance (PM) plan, task and execution including problem solving and troubleshooting as well as root cause investigation with clear recommendation for corrective & preventive actions (CA-PA) including proactive action.
• Hire and supervise vendor or contractor for PM plan and task execution including troubleshooting of DCS, PLC, and other control system of plant asset / instrument equipment as well as supporting work for procurement process of the required service or material/spare part.
• Monitor execution of PM work and corrective maintenance (CM) work by Instrument Maintenance team for instrumentation system of plant asset/ instrument equipment to comply with design based on CAP engineering specification standard.
• Collaborate with other parties or CAP line function to support construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of new or modified plant asset/ instrument equipment to comply with instrumentation design based on CAP engineering specification standard.
• Conduct evaluation or assessment of engineering change request (ECR) implementation result based on plan-do-check-action (PDCA) concept to verify compliance of instrumentation design for plant asset/equipment integrity based on CAP engineering specification standard.
• Support other parties or CAP line functions who conducting risk assessment due to ECR or MOC requirement such as JOHAN, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, and others for instrumentation system of plant asset/instrument equipment to comply with CAP engineering specification standard.
• Provide technical assistance to other parties or CAP line function teams in relation with CAP engineering specification standard for revamping, troubleshooting, maintaining and operating of plant asset / instrument equipment to achieve optimum production capability as well as to ensure that the work to be carried out is in accordance with appropriate technical implementation procedures.
• Conduct evaluation on operation technology environment or configuration based on CAP engineering specification standard to ensure hardware and software will work properly to identify, monitor and control any cyber-attack from both internal and external sources.Support the Instrument Maintenance team working on the preparation and implementation of Turnaround Maintenance (TAM), starting from work lists, work packages, bidding document, quotation proposal evaluation (TE), implementation of TAM up to preparing the final report.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot plant asset / instrumentation device problem by analysis of performance data and utilize other critical operating process data such as pressure, temperature, flow, load & efficiency to determine equipment healthiness
• Support reliability work processes to control improvement program, optimize cost, and improve plant asset effectiveness such as Bad Actor management, FMEA, SIS / SIL and others based on Reliability roadmap.

Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) from Majoring Study in Physic-Instrument, Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Have 7 years working experience in related field preferably from Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or other EPC industries
• Experienced in DCS Yokogawa, DCS Honeywell, Allen Bradley and SiemensPLC
• Proficient using computer application such as Ms. Office and SAP
• Fluent in English both spoken & written
