Client: Plastic & Packaging Manufacturer

Job Description:

• Preventive Maintenance
• Calibration of Equipment
• Maintaining and Monitoring Control Systems
• Modification and Troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 8 years for Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 12 years for Diploma Degree (3/4 years)
• Experience in the continuous process industry
• Experience in Automation and Control, PLC Siemens (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1500), and VSD
• Proficiency with WinCC SCADA, Emerson Delta V DCS Troubleshooting, Siemens G120 and S120 Drive Configuration and Commissioning
• Knowledge of Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, Sinamics Starter
• Experience with DCS systems (Speed, Temperature, Pressure, Flow control)
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), Spare Part Management
