Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive instrumentation equipment lists for industrial projects.

Skills

Job description

Design and Engineering

1. Develop a comprehensive instrumentation equipment list based on the P&ID, coordinating with the Mechanical Engineering team to specify the range, units, and process specifications for each instrument.
2. Develop an instrument hook-up drawing.
3. Provide timely instrumentation equipment information to the Piping Engineering team, including piping sizes and materials.

Before Purchase Order (BPO) Work

1. Prepare/review Material Requisitions and Technical Specifications for instrumentation equipment and Monitoring System.
2. Review vendor proposals and provide technical evaluations.
3. Draw hook-up diagrams for instrumentation equipment installation.
4. Technical coordination with stakeholders such as employer, consultant, vendors, mechanical department, and civil department.

After Purchase Order (APO)

1. Review/approve vendor drawings and technical documents.
2. Manage vendor communications to finalize specifications.
3. Expedite document submissions per project schedule.
4. Prepare client approval documents and coordinate responses.
5. Compile installation instructions for contractors.
6. Supervise commissioning activities and interface testing.
7. Support site acceptance test for cables and bulk materials under QC Team.
8. Testing and commissioning of instrumentation equipment (instrument installation verification, in-service execution, zero adjustment, loop check, etc.). Interface testing between Instrument and SCADA.

Requirement:

1. Sufficient knowledge of regulatory authority and permits for Electrical facilities.
2. Minimum undergraduate degree from senior high school in a relevant discipline.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation equipment design for industrial plants.
4. Basic skills in Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
5. Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD.
6. Business-level English (Writing, Communication) and fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
7. Strong personality, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
