Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a capable data specialist to maintain and advance the university's information systems and data warehouse. The role requires building data queries, retrieving data, and identifying data needs for strategic and accreditation efforts.

You will coordinate with departments to gather data, keep data updated for analysis, and track institutional targets. You will contribute to statistical analysis, reporting procedures, and university ranking improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Experience with data warehousing and information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data warehousing and further development of the information systems.
• Conduct query and retrieve data stored in data warehouse or other corporate information system and database.
• Identify data needed for strategic and/or accreditation purposes, or other purposes.
• Coordinate with other departments or units in collecting and maintaining the data needed.
• Maintain and update data (daily or periodically) required for further analysis in BINUS University.
• Keep track of the overall progress result on Institutional target.
• Implement effective data gathering method within BINUS University.
• Participate in the development of statistical analysis, interpretation and reporting procedures for strategic planning & execution, or other purposes.
• Ensure effective implementation of analyzing and presenting the data in various formats for the use of other departments and BINUS University.
• Participate in action plans development related to improvement process of University ranking.
• Participate in annual / periodic reviews and planning workshops and assist direct supervisor in preparing relevant reports.

• o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
