Job summary

Oil States Industries is seeking an Inspection Coordinator & Maintenance Tech to support inspection equipment readiness, perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and operate ultrasonic scanners after training. Job description

Inspection Coordinator & Maintenance Tech
  • Support inspection equipment readiness: storage, calibration, inventory and deployment systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults under senior technician guidance; perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Operate ultrasonic scanners and deployment systems after required training and authorization.
  • Conduct functional testing of scanners, deployment systems, cables, sensors and accessories.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, supervised practical work and ongoing competency development.

Comply with OSI QMS, HS&E policies and procedures; report hazards and stop unsafe work.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in mechanical, electrical, electronic or instrumentation is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in inspection equipment support, industrial equipment maintenance or a comparable technical field.
  • Proficient in electrical/electronic repair skills: soldering, cable inspection, continuity checks, component replacement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other applicable systems for records management.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Technically oriented (electrical / electronic / mechatronics) with ability to multitask across logistics and inspection.
  • Willingness to travel overseas within the Asia region as required
