Sales Support Associate

• Arrange sales visits and support sales quotes follow-up
• Gather and provide feedback on campaign qualification
• Register and create opportunities in the CRM-SAP system
• Serve as the main contact for all incoming calls in the Sales division

What You Need to Succeed

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Proficiency in English is required
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Back Office-Sales or related roles
• Skills required: call activities, quick learning, and adaptability to scientific products
• Preferably staff-level (non-management & non-supervisor) with experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Back Office-Staff
• Work location: Bekasi
