Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our ERP solutions.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the ERP or software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ERP products and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools; experience with [specific CRM software] is a plus.
