Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing.
• Holds a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
• Holds a valid Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care following clinical standards and best practices.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, vital signs, and document accurately.
• Assist patients before, during, and after procedures with physical and emotional support.
• Prepare and maintain patient care facilities, equipment, medicines, and supplies.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-treatment care.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for safe patient care.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
