About the Role

This role will offer expertise in implementing ESRI products or GIS technology in enterprise infrastructure, provide support for sales and presales activities, and maintain proficiency in ESRI products and associated IT technologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design enterprise infrastructure GIS platform solutions.
• Implementing enterprise infrastructure GIS platform solutions.
• Troubleshoots issues with minimal guidance, identifies bottlenecks in existing data workflows and provides solutions for a scalable, defect-free application.
• Develops effort estimates for implementation activities.
• Provides performance tuning insight to project team and creates reusable objects and templates.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in implementing and providing support for sales and presales activities and maintain proficiency in ESRI products and associated IT technologies.

To be successful in this contract role, you will need:

• Diploma in computer science/information technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences in IT infrastructure
• Have strong knowledge in Infrastructure technology and maintenance in the following:
• Server: x86
• Operating System: Windows and Linux
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Proxmox, Nutanix
• Web server: IIS, Apache Tomcat, JBoss
• Database: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server
• Cloud: Azure, AWS
• Storage: SAN, NAS,
• Network: LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall
• IT workflow: Backup system and solutions
• Fluent in verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English
• Experienced in GIS infrastructure implementation
• Have minimal 2 (two) technical Certification
