Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is expanding its Infrastructure & Capital Projects (A&M INFRA) practice in Southeast Asia and seeks a Manager to lead and deliver complex assignments. You will oversee capital strategy, delivery programs, and asset optimization while mentoring junior team members and supporting business development.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, project management or consultancy with focus on capital strategy, capital delivery and asset optimization.
• Experience managing complex projects in multicultural corporate environments.
• Postgraduate degree in project management and/or administration or finance is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the execution of work fronts with authority and identify improvement initiatives.
• Lead meetings and presentations with client and A&M leadership at managerial/executive levels.
• Respond promptly to project demands and anticipate critical actions for success.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and clients in various sectors and functions.
• Facilitate effective collaborations between leadership to align stakeholders and deliver outcomes.
• Support practice development by contributing to product/industry development.
• Grow existing accounts and translate opportunities into business.
• Bridge staff and leadership for culture dissemination and conflict management.
• Coordinate administrative matters (Scheduling, Spreadsheets, Collections).
