Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a civil engineering professional to supervise infrastructure projects at Rancamaya, Bogor. You will ensure adherence to technical specifications, procedures and contract documents, reviewing contractor progress and issuing permits as required.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering, 3+ years in infrastructure, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office. Willing to be placed in Rancamaya - Bogor on-site.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of infrastructure principles and applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure works (Cut & Fill, roads, channels) ensuring procedures, quantity, quality and schedule compliance per contract documents.
• Review contractor daily/weekly progress and invoice-based reports.
• Check drawings against plans and issue work permits as needed.
• Produce As-Built documentation and maintain complete records of equipment, labor, and materials.

Job description

• Supervise the implementation of infrastructure work (Ex: Cut & Fill, Roads and Channels, DPT etc.) from the aspect of procedures, quantity of work, quality of work and time of work based on Contract documents (SPK) carried out by the assignee (Contractor).
• Checking daily and or weekly reports regarding the Contractor's activities for the progress (Progress) of work based on the mutually agreed Time Shedule and also the function of this as the basis for invoices based on Contract Documents (SPK).
• Checking the Contractor's work drawings based on the plan drawings and inspecting and granting the Contractor's work execution permit.
• Supervise and provide direction in the implementation of work to comply with procedures based on technical specifications.
• Checking the image is done (As Built Drawing).
• Make complete records of equipment, labor and materials used in each job in the form of a work permit.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Associate's Degree in Civil Enginerring.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field Infrastructure in Developer Company or Contractor.
• Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office - Excel & Word, Power Point and AutoCad).
• Having knowledge in Infrastructure.
• Having knowledge to make Time Schedule Curve S and RAB.
• Willing to be placed in Rancamaya - Bogor.
