This is a full-time on-site role based in Malang.
IT Support Lead With a strong background in technology, project coordination, and cross-functional leadership. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that support key business objectives.
As an IT Support, you willlead end-to-end project lifecycles—from requirements gathering and planning to execution and post-implementation review. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure projects are deliveredon time, within scope, and within budget.
Your role also includesmanaging risks, tracking progress, and aligning project outcomes with company strategy. You will serve as the central point of communication between IT and business units, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects across multiple departments.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and proactively resolve obstacles.
- Provide regular status reports and project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all documentation, processes, and project artifacts are up-to-date and compliant.
- Foster collaboration between IT teams and business units to drive value and innovation.
- Prepare technical documentation, guides, and SOPs for troubleshooting and system maintenance processes.
- Analyze and resolve operational challenges, and propose sustainable, efficient solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support for company hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Lead or support IT projects such as system upgrades, application implementations, server/cloud migrations, and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management or a related role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and ticketing systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Business Processes and their optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
