We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) minimum 2 year (Must).
Understanding of IT softwares like ERP, CRM, POS and HRIS (Must).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify and target new business opportunities for Hitechmain’s services, including:
• Custom softwares/crm/erp/hris/pos
• Web hosting and server setup
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Research and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
2. Client Management
• Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored IT solutions.
• Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, feedback, and issues professionally.
3. Negotiation & Closing
• Handle negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure contracts and agreements are well-structured and aligned with company policies.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track and report sales activities, performance, and results using CRM tools.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
• Analyze sales performance to adjust strategies and improve results.
