  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 4+ years of proven experience in IT consulting service industries.
  • Experience in IT Account Management or Business Development roles, specifically in IT staffing, Software Development, SaaS, etc.
  • Proficient in full-cycle business development, particularly in selling IT resources and contracts.
  • Fundamental understanding of IT job requirements, market industry, services, and technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of country regulations, end-to-end recruiting activities, finance/tax for customer invoicing, contract renewals, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients requiring IT resources, including products, services, or staffing solutions; present, negotiate, and close deals to generate revenue.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure all mandatory documents, client agreements, job requirements, resource budgets, contract durations, compensation/benefits, and service arrangements are completed before the hiring process begins.
  • Gather job requirements from clients and translate budgets into job listings for recruiters.
  • Send resumes to clients and respond to user inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on live code, interview schedules, and application statuses.
  • Gather client feedback on service quality and collaborate with internal teams to address issues or improvements.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends; analyze data for improvements.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, operations, legal, and finance teams to finalize contracts.
