Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Leader to oversee a team of 5–7 Affiliate & KOL Executives in Indonesia. This role is responsible for managing team operations, developing influencer strategies, driving campaign performance, and ensuring impactful collaboration with KOCs/KOLs across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–7 KOC/KOL specialists.

Set clear goals, provide regular performance evaluations, and ensure accountability.

Approve influencer selections, campaign ideas, and content direction proposed by the team.

Conduct regular team meetings and reporting sessions to review execution status and effectiveness.

Develop end-to-end influencer marketing strategies that align with brand positioning and market goals.

Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of KOC/KOL campaigns, including briefing, outreach, negotiation, and content alignment.

Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-potential KOCs and KOLs.

Performance Ownership & Reporting

Take ownership of campaign performance and team KPIs, including sales contribution, ROI, engagement rates, and recruitment quality.

Analyze campaign data to provide insights, recommendations, and corrective actions when necessary.

Proactively propose improvements and new tactics to boost performance in line with market trends.

Coordinate with content, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure influencer content is well-integrated and maximized.

Contribute strategic input to broader marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in influencer/KOL marketing, ideally in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer products.

Experience leading a small team with direct responsibility for performance and output.

Strong understanding of the Indonesian creator ecosystem, especially TikTok.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
