A Day in the Life of an Industrial Services Engineer (Utility)

1. Ensure a safe workplace by understanding and implementing ORA & EAI in your work area, and adhere to SHE policies, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
2. Create incident investigation reports and implement preventive actions.
3. Conduct continuous Safety Gemba Coaching on the line.
4. Encourage team members to prioritize safety.
5. Understand and implement Nestlé Management Systems, including ISO 9001 and FSCC 22000, in your work area.
6. Manage energy generation and distribution, including compressed air, water, and wastewater, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
7. Maintain, improve, and operate all assets related to Industrial Services to ensure optimal performance and safety.
8. Monitor and maintain discharges (flue gases, effluent water) within environmental norms.
9. Develop and improve maintenance plans and control spare parts availability.
10. Monitor energy efficiency and coordinate energy-saving initiatives.
11. Ensure operations comply with safety and food safety standards.
12. Supervise contractors and ensure safe working procedures on Industrial Services’ equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Relevant work experience in similar functions and areas.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Power Apps.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Continuous Excellence, TPM, and Lean concepts is an advantage.
