At Eni, we are looking for an Industrial Residues Valorization Coordinator (Bio-Feedstock) within PT Eni Natural Energies Indonesia in Jakarta. You will be responsible for coordinating the collection of UCO, POME, and other residues for bio-feedstock.

Main responsibilities:

1. Conduct economic analyses to assess the potential of agricultural, industrial, and forestry residues, considering costs, logistics, and market dynamics.
2. Scout and engage with counterparties to develop biofuel feedstock supply chains.
3. Negotiate and draft supply contracts in collaboration with internal departments.
4. Manage UCO and POME collection and valorization, coordinating with external collectors and overseeing the company’s network to ensure efficiency and quality.
5. Expand ENE's UCO and POME direct collection network by identifying new points, training field collectors, and ensuring a reliable supply chain.
6. Ensure compliance with regulations, sustainability certifications, and industry standards.
7. Optimize UCO and POME transport and storage with logistics partners.

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE):

Employees must comply with Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures, report all incidents, motivate colleagues to follow HSE rules, participate in HSE initiatives, ensure contractor compliance with HSE standards, and proactively support the company's HSE objectives.

Skills and experience required:

1. Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
2. Extensive experience in commercial or business development roles within biomass supply, waste management, or biofuel sectors.
3. Experience managing UCO collection programs or similar initiatives is preferred.
4. Understanding of agro-industrial or agroforestry supply chains for energy production.
5. Familiarity with vegetable oil and UCO supply chains, including storage and quality standards.
6. Knowledge of sustainability certifications (e.g., ISCC) and renewable energy regulations.
7. Expertise in logistics and supply chain management for biomass.
8. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
10. Project management and organizational abilities.
11. Experience training and supporting field collection teams.
12. Fluency in Indonesian and English.
13. Availability for frequent travel within the region.
