Job summary

PT ADARO ANDALAN INDONESIA TBK is seeking a dedicated lawyer to lead labor and industrial relations initiatives in Jakarta. The role ensures compliance with labor laws, manages employee relations, and oversees disciplinary actions and terminations in collaboration with site teams.

The candidate should hold a bachelor degree in Law, have 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Travel to sites across Indonesia may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law or related major.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters, including disciplinary actions, employment termination processes, and employee/labor union engagement.
• Monitor and analyze labor-related data and reports from subsidiaries, identifying issues, discrepancies, and potential risks.
• Develop and support Industrial Relations programs, activities, and budgets, including PP/PKB communication and employee awareness initiatives.
