  4. Conduct due diligence related to employment and industrial relations issues.
  5. Maintain documentation of personnel files and records related to employee relations and disciplinary actions.
  6. Liaise with government institutions, labor unions, and external stakeholders as needed.
  7. Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for management decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in industrial relations or labor law.
  3. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
