What You’ll Do
Transaction Support:
- Assist in the execution of leasing and sales transactions for industrial and logistics properties.
- Prepare proposals, shortlisted options, and related transaction documents.
- Coordinate site inspections, client meetings, and stakeholder communications.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on industrial real estate markets, occupier demand, and logistics trends.
- Prepare market reports, location assessments, and benchmarking analyses.
- Maintain and update internal databases and sales pipelines.
Client Advisory & Support:
- Work with senior team members to deliver site selection and proposals.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Prepare client-facing deliverables, including presentations, reports, and due diligence documentation.
Internal & Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other business lines (Research, Valuations, Project Management, etc.) to provide integrated solutions.
- Contribute to internal reporting, documentation, and team coordination tasks.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing follow-up actions.
- Maintain team files, property records, and contract documentation.
- Handle expense reporting, invoicing support, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, logistics, consulting, finance, engineering, or investment (internship experience considered); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Positive attitude, respectful behaviour, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
