Job summary

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an IE Supervisor to drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and improve productivity in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. This role involves implementing process improvements, managing lean cultures, and delivering substantial cost savings across operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 02 years' experience as an IE Supervisor/Lean Supervisor.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • A sound knowledge of Lean manufacturing.

Job description

Qualifications & Skills :

  • At least 02 years' experience as an IE Supervisor/Lean Supervisor/Continuous Improvement Supervisor/Production Supervisor in the manufacturing/textiles industry.
  • Good communication skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, and good PR skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience & Exposure in Industrial Engineering/ Analytical Skills through Excel, Power BI will be expected and will be a distinct advantage.
  • A sound knowledge of Lean manufacturing.
  • Excellent time management skills.
