Job summary

This role involves team management, continuous improvement in production, and implementing lean methodologies. Candidates should have over 9 years of experience in the automotive or energy sector, with strong engineering skills, including Lean and Six Sigma expertise. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering relevant (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, etc.).
• At least 9 years of work experience in automotive or energy industry.
• At least 4 years of work experience in team management.
• Familiar with Lean, 6Sigma and other engineering methods.
• Proficient in VSM, JIT and other engineering tools.
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality system.
• Strong logical analysis ability, communication and coordination ability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for IE team building and managing
• Lead in efficiency improvement: according to lean management requirements, promote the improvement of benchmark lines, establish an IE talent system database, and provide IE professional knowledge training.
• Responsible for continuous improvement of mass production.
• According to the production plan, by identifying production waste, optimizing workstations and layouts, and reducing costs
• Proficient in developing ramp up plans, analyzing equipment OEE, and developing improvement plans, and implementing them
