Industrial Engineer Specialist

- Analyze and problem-solving skill (PDCA, DMAIC/Lean Six Sigma, Root cause analysis) with other functions and propose improvement solutions.

- Coordinate lines across sections and different functions.

- Develop excellent project management skills, business process flow, manning, and procedure.

- Understand how to control and monitor reliability performance of plant assets/equipment to comply with the company’s specification standard.

- Drive digitalization (e.g., Power BI/Automate/Power Apps/React JS/Node JS/Next JS) and deliver training to end users.

Job Qualification:

- S1 in Industrial Engineering from reputable universities.

- Minimum 3 years working experience as an Industrial Analyst in a Manufacturing Company, preferably in Food & Beverages.

- Minimum GPA of 3.5.

- Good leadership skills and behavior.

- Good communication skills.

- Fluent in English, with good communication skills and teamwork collaboration.
