Job Description

• Standardize and document improvements in the production line.
• Ensure production work processes run smoothly and are implemented effectively.
• Support and identify areas for process improvement in the 6S program.
• Assist in monitoring workstation layouts and production flow efficiency.
• Assist the Industrial Engineering team in implementing process optimization projects.
• Assist in organizing workshops and facilitate communication between departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and production guidelines across all team departments.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience as an Industrial Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
