Industrial Engineer

MISSION

• Support, identify, propose and challenge, for one or more areas of the activity, the success of progress intended to improve productivity (creation of added value) and operational efficiency, using the Michelin Way tools and/or the approach Lean on People - Profit - Planet domains.
• Empower the autonomy of operational teams to steer continuous progress by supporting the change management.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• The potential progress initiatives of his entity are identified
• The progress initiatives are implemented using the job study methodology and/or the Lean approach to improve the performance of his entity.
• The "basics Industrial Engineering" are in place and maintained: Unit Time, OEE, activity monitoring
• Standards and associated control mechanisms are established.
• Change management is carried out successfully
• Operational teams gain autonomy to steer their progress initiatives.
• Flows are under control.
• Lean studies or progress projects are led and carried out.
• The necessary resources (manpower / processes / machines) are defined and the capacities are mastered.
• Best practices are shared with the progress network and used to identify and propose actions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, and fresh graduates.
• Major is preferred in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mathematics, Electrical, Chemical, etc. within Science and Engineering majors. Other majors are welcome as well but must be with strength in following criteria.
• Good mathematical ability, rigorous logical thinking. Innovative, and able to lead change.
• Good analytical and communication skills, Able to work under pressure, Ability to challenge others.
• Good ability to learn new knowledge, to adapt to changes and face complex situations.
• Better with knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools (Machine chart, Time motion study, OEE)
• Required language(s): English Fluent in spoken and written English (B2).
• Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
