Job summary

AMODA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects such as warehouses and factories. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in civil engineering or construction management, with at least five years of relevant experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil construction projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects (warehouses, factories, industrial facilities) and related commercial and prefabricated work.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules to guide execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, site teams to meet technical and design specs.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and quality inspections; resolve issues during construction.
• Maintain ongoing client and stakeholder communications with progress updates.
• Manage project resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across projects and mentor teams.
