AMODA is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil background to lead construction of warehouses, factories, and large industrial facilities. You will plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects (warehouses, factories, industrial facilities) and related commercial works.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules for execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to meet design specs.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes and legal requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and quality control inspections; resolve issues.
• Maintain regular client and stakeholder communications on progress, milestones.
• Allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and high performance.
