Fluke Health Solutions in Indonesia seeks an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead and grow the business. You will own revenue, drive channel development, and implement go-to-market strategies across healthcare segments.

The role requires 10+ years in channel sales, healthcare/medical devices, strong leadership, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Domestic travel and occasional international travel are expected.

Formación

• 10+ years of channel sales management experience, healthcare/medical devices preferred.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and channel development.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, business level.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Biomedical engineering, Engineering or Business.

Responsabilidades

• Drive quarterly and annual sales targets across market segments in Indonesia.
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies to achieve year-on-year growth.
• Identify growth opportunities and maintain key account relationships.
• Build and manage channel network to support business needs.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing to drive demand and campaigns.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and conduct business reviews to close gaps.
• Travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally when required.
