Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions seeks a Country Sales Manager to lead in Indonesia, owning revenue growth and distribution across markets and product segments. You will drive Go-To-Market strategies, manage key accounts, and expand the channel network to meet targets.

You will collaborate with APAC Marketing to stimulate demand, oversee forecasting, and ensure disciplined reporting. Travel within Indonesia and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering, Engineering or Business fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in channel sales management or sales leadership.
• Experience with global MNCs.
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Business level).
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly and annual sales targets across the market and product segments.
• Develop Go-To-Market strategy and implementation to achieve growth.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across customer segments.
• Maintain key account relationships.
• Develop and maintain channel network and foster collaboration within the network.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing to drive demand in Indonesia.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support business and customers' needs.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline discipline, and business review cadence for accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and reporting processes.
