Job summary

DB Investing seeks a Forex Country Manager for Indonesia to drive market expansion, lead business development, and build a strong local team. You will manage IB relationships, onboard partners, and pursue revenue growth while ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role requires deep forex expertise, a powerful client network, and fluency in Indonesian and English, with full backing from HQ for marketing and operations support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar forex broker role.
• Deep understanding of forex trading and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong network of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Proven revenue-target achievement in sales and BD.
• Based in Indonesia and fluent in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow market share in Indonesia.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Onboard and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance market penetration.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team.
• Ensure operations comply with local regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events to strengthen brand recognition.
