About Our Client

Our client is a multinational material construction company with presence in over 50 countries, producing high performance products related to building materials.

Job Description

  • Lead procurement activities for CapEx projects, including greenfield and brownfield investments, machinery, plant upgrades, and technical installations.
  • Work closely with project teams from feasibility to execution to define sourcing needs and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and contractors.
  • Evaluate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and life cycle costs in procurement decisions.
  • Monitor and report procurement KPIs related to cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery timelines.
  • Mitigate risks related to supplier delivery, contractual obligations, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Ensure procurement activities meet internal control, legal, and compliance guidelines.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications (CIPS, PMP) is a plus.
  • Minimum 15 years of procurement experience, with at least 7 years in project or technical procurement.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction projects preferred.
  • Proven negotiation and project management skills.
  • Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • English is a must.
  • Strong understanding of CapEx procurement processes, engineering contracts (FIDIC or similar), and vendor management.
