As an Inbound logistic planning, you will be responsible for the execution around order management, transport & Inbound execution, and 3PL performance.

In this role specifically you will deal with supplier/ factory, custom broker (PPJK) and 3PL to supervise them to meet the KPI for whole process from Import Regulation, International trade, and Supply Chain.

What you’ll do :

Implement Day to Day Inbound Process

  • Proactively identify and anticipate issues as well as provide proposal for solutions Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline the inbound logistics and enhance efficiency

  • Monitor implementation KPIs and ensure completion of required tasks done in time at quality expected and in cost effective way.

  • Maintaining accurate and update inbound planning data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports

  • Manage import flow in such a way that all datelines can be meet.

  • Addressing challenges that related to any shipment delays, any damages, or other issues that occur during the inbound process.

  • Able to work closely with the Custom broker (PPJK) to follow up all the import shipments.

  • Maintain and update the import license, LARTAS and work with the government related parties to update any new information in import activities.

  • Maintain effective and professional relationship with the supplier and Electrolux GSO to manage all the orders.

  • Ensure the flow of Supply goods, on track to fulfill sales needs each month.

  • Creating PR/ PO orders and preparing payment request for logistics vendors Do document filing for all import docs.

  • Manage, control, check or assists with issuing all import documentation :- Check all shipping docs / import docs from supplier (Packing list/ invoice/ From E or D), also check PIB. Apply KSO inspection before goods ship out also upload final docs once goods arrive. Assists to fulfill the supporting docs for any NOTUL court case.

Lead Productivity for area of Supply Chain

  • At operational level, contribute of 1 productivity project to reduce logistic cost

Drive Cross-functional Effectiveness

  • At operational level, engage stakeholders for implementation of actions to ensure attainment of project KPIs, at all time in line with global project objectives

  • Anticipate conflicts, effectively communicate issues and resolve misinterpretation/frictions. Alert N+1 and/or relevant people for identified bottlenecks.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistic/Supply Chain or a related field

  • Familiar with Import regulation and Experience with SAP system.

  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in Logistic/Supply Chain.

  • Detailed knowledge of logistics, purchasing and inventory management

  • Experienced managing import – export documents and customs regulation.

  • English communication ability (both written and spoken) and strong leadership skill

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures are essential
