Qualifications

• Qualified legal professional, law clerk or paralegal or equivalent qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to draft clear legal documents
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems
• Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills desirable

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to the organisation
• Prepare and draft contracts, agreements, memoranda and correspondence
• Review legal documents for accuracy, compliance and policy alignment
• Maintain meticulous records of legal files and documentation
• Coordinate legal matters and ensure timely follow-up with internal and external parties
• Liaise with internal departments and external counsel to facilitate processes
• Help ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation
• Provide administrative support to the legal team
