About the role
Join PT RELOGICA INDONESIA as an Improvement Consultant and play a key role in driving positive change and operational excellence for our clients. In this full-time position based in Jakarta, you will work closely with business leaders to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement tailored solutions, and ensure sustainable results. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients unlock their full potential.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client's current state, challenges and pain points
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define clear objectives and measurable improvement target
  • Design and implement innovative, data-driven improvement actions to enhance processes, boost productivity and improve efficiency
  • Provide hands-on support to successfully execute improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery
  • Share best practices, train client teams and build their capability to sustain improvements

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of 5 years involvement in improvement projects or transformation initiative
  • Solid understanding of improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to influence improvement stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and presentation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, master's degree is an advantage.
